Meet Reece

Reece Schaible found his way into the healing arts in 2014 after overcoming addiction, chronic pain, and major life challenges. A 90-day rehab stay led him to sobriety, but it was yoga and massage that brought deeper healing, relieving years of physical and emotional discomfort.

In 2019, Reece enrolled at the Birmingham School of Massage. While working at two local practices, he continued his education and eventually opened Birmingham Massage Magic in 2022. Since then, he’s completed over 200 hours of Reiki training (now a Reiki Master Teacher), earned a Level 3 Qigong certification, and trained extensively in Thai massage with world-renowned instructors. He also completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training at Glow Yoga, where he now volunteers and leads workshops.

Reece believes that everyone has the power to feel better in their bodies - and that through massage, movement, and energy work, true healing and balance are possible.

Meet Cortney

Cortney Perrine is passionate about the healing power of touch and the body’s innate ability to restore balance. She believes in the importance of presence, connection, and self-awareness, and brings this philosophy of self-care and self-love into every session.

Her journey began in 2011 at the Birmingham School of Massage, where she discovered the transformative impact of focused awareness and being fully present with others. From there, Cortney continued her training with Reiki 1 & 2, HereNow Yoga Teacher Training in 2018, and eventually earned her Somatic Movement Certification through Kinesa. She found that movement and breath work offered her clients deeper, lasting relief - and a missing piece in their healing journey.

After starting her family in 2018, Cortney’s focus expanded to supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum. She began teaching prenatal yoga and partnered with pelvic floor therapist Stephanie Perez in Birmingham. Life brought another shift with her third pregnancy, inspiring her move to Gulf Shores, where she continues her work today.

Amanda T.

“I’ve had a lot of massages over the years, but this was truly different. Cortney made me feel safe, seen, and totally at ease. I left feeling more grounded than I have in months. The space is beautiful, and the energy is even better.”
